How far do you deliver?
I’m flexible and willing to go just about anywhere. I enjoy the drive. My general limit is around 150 miles one way. If you’ve got something further, just ask and we’ll see what works.

What kinds of things do you move?
Couches, bed sets, dresser sets, all kinds of other furniture. If it fits in or on the truck or trailer, I can probably haul it.

Do you help with loading and carrying, or just the driving?
I do it all. Whether it’s a simple porch pickup or hauling a heavy piece upstairs, I’ve got it covered. Just let me know what you need.

How much do you charge, and how is pricing handled?
I charge based on mileage, time, and effort. No flat-rate surprises — just a fair price for the work involved. You’ll always know the cost upfront.

Do you require deposits or payment up front?
Not at the moment, but I may start in the future to help things run more smoothly. For now, payment happens after the job.

How do I book a move?
I prefer bookings through my website. It’s the easiest way to pay by card and keep everything simple. The site’s still getting some updates, but it’s the best way to lock in a job. I’m also good with cash if that’s easier.

Do you still move things in bad weather?
Yes. Rain, cold, or wind — I still show up. I rent covered equipment as needed and plan to get a cargo trailer soon for better protection in rough weather.

What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Right now, I’m pretty flexible. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the move, I may need to charge a small fee. Reschedules are no problem — just give me a heads-up as soon as possible.

Can you handle fragile or delicate items?
Yes. I take every precaution to make sure fragile items are transported safely. I treat your stuff like it’s my own. I’m also working on getting business insurance to give customers even more peace of mind.
